This limepkg stores the email address, the name and all merge codes used in a TRAML email sendout This limepkg can also show how the email would have looked like if the same was sent now based on the template and all the stored merge-codes. This limepkg stores the mobile phone number, the name and the SMS content from the TRAML SMS sendout

Why Personal Data Is Needed

To track what email and SMS a person have received and be able to show how the email would have looked like if it was sent today based on the email template and the merge-codes.

What Personal Data

Email address, name, mobile phone number, merge-codes used in the traml sendout (could be personal data).

Possible Avoidance of Using Personal Data

The limepkg can’t be configured to store less data, but it could be removed as a customization afterwards. If you remove the merge-codes, this limepkg can’t correctly display how the email would have looked like if it was sent today.
